Camping pitches

Heathfield Escapes offers the following camping options: 

• Camping Paddock: a fenced private paddock (great if you have pets or small children!) close to the farm and garden bathroom

• Platt Camping Field: a fenced field, close to an acre, which has 3 spaced-out pitches, Ash, Holly and Willow perfect for family groups and friends. These pitches can be booked individually or the field as a whole. Ash has an electric hook up available.

• Wild Camping Valley: 4 secluded pitches, set in 12 acres of meadow and a small wood. Badger is the furthest from the farmhouse, at the far end of the valley near the wood. Fox is the next furthest, with stunning views and a short walk to a long drop. Buzzard and Rabbit are in the first valley field where the long drop and solar shower are situated. We offer a drop off and collection service to guests on these pitches, to save carrying all your gear to and from the pitch. We provide a wheelbarrow for your use during your stay!

• Campervan Pitch: with electric hook up that suits a T4 size camper van.

All our pitches come with firepits and picnic tables. They accommodate families or groups of 2-6 people each. Please contact us to discuss your group size and ages of any children so we can suggest which pitch or combination of pitches suits you best. We charge £10 per adult and £5 per child to camp each night and depending on your length of stay, a maximum £5 per stay for pets.  Hook up is £5 extra per night.
